Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of EdgePicks (the "Service"), operated from Australia. By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to receive sports information in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What the Service is

EdgePicks provides sports betting information, selections and commentary for educational and entertainment purposes. It is information only. It is not financial, investment or professional advice, and nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any outcome or return. All betting decisions you make are your own, and you are solely responsible for them. Only stake what you can afford to lose, and gamble responsibly.

3. Memberships and billing

• Paid memberships (Weekly, Monthly and Lifetime) are sold through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Weekly and Monthly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime is a single one-time payment with no recurring billing.
• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may change for future billing periods.

4. Access and delivery

Access is delivered through our members' Discord and related channels. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share, resell or redistribute selections or access. One membership is for one person.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including the conditions of any profit guarantee. Please read it in full.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including sharing access, scraping content, harassing other members, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms without refund where permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Past performance is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgePicks is not liable for any losses, including betting losses, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
