You can cancel your Weekly or Monthly membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
We offer a profit guarantee on Monthly and Lifetime memberships. To be eligible you must:
If, having followed every selection for the full term, your record shows you are not in profit, email us within 7 days of the term ending with your record and we will refund that term's membership fee in full. The profit guarantee does not apply to the Weekly plan.
Because access and content are delivered immediately, membership fees are otherwise non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law or where expressly stated in this policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
Email edgepicksau@gmail.com from the address on your membership, including your name and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
