Information we collect

• Account and contact details — your email address, and your Discord username/ID when you connect your account.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe shares limited information such as your email and subscription status.
• Usage and device data — standard analytics such as pages visited and general device/browser information, including via advertising and analytics tools (for example, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics) where enabled.

How we use it

• To provide and manage your membership and deliver selections.
• To grant and remove your members' access (for example, your Discord role) based on your subscription status.
• To process payments, renewals and refunds.
• To communicate with you about your membership and support requests.
• To measure and improve our marketing and the Service.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run EdgePicks, including Stripe (payments), Discord (access and delivery), Cloudflare (hosting), and analytics/advertising providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. We will respond in line with applicable Australian privacy law.
